Holiday & office party catering questions

How many people does a catering tray feed?

A half tray serves about 15 people and a full tray about 25 to 30. For 50 guests, plan on roughly two full trays of a main dish plus two of rice and beans.

How far ahead should I order for a holiday party?

Please order at least 48 hours in advance. During the holiday season, earlier is even better.

Is catering pickup or delivery?

Catering is ready for pickup at our Hayward, San Leandro, Fremont, Concord and Pittsburg restaurants. Ask your location about other options.

Do you have vegetarian options?

Yes. Beans, rice, salad, cheese enchiladas, chiles rellenos and more. Let us know about dietary needs when you order.
